Nuclear Institute Cumbria Branch Day Seminar and 8th Annual Dinner

The Nuclear Institute (NI) Cumbria Branch will be holding their 8th Annual Dinner and their first day seminar at Energus on the 9th February 2012.

Since 2005 the NI Cumbria Branch has successfully hosted an Annual Dinner. In 2011 the event was held at the Washington Central Hotel in Workington and was a truly fabulous evening with over 220 attending. The proposed event in 2012 will see the introduction of an afternoon seminar prior to the dinner which will focus on Skills and Leadership in the Nuclear Industry.

Event Summary

The seminar and dinner are scheduled to take place at the Energus facility in Workington on Thursday 9th February 2012.

The Skills and Leadership in the Nuclear Industry seminar will begin at approximately 2:00pm with refreshments on arrival for delegates; there will then be a series of presentations on Skills and Leadership in the Nuclear Industry with panel Q&A sessions. The seminar will conclude at 4:00pm and the limit on delegate numbers is 200.

The dinner will begin with a cava and fresh orange reception on arrival at 6:00pm with dinner served at 7:30pm. There will be pre-dinner speeches followed by a three course carvery meal. Post-dinner entertainment will be in the form of 4 casino tables complete with croupiers. The maximum number of dinner attendees is 210.

Tickets are, once again, priced at £55 plus VAT each with a full table for ten guests priced at £550 plus VAT. The event is oversubscribed every year so we advise that you register your interest as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Tickets and tables for the event are allocated on a first come, first served basis therefore we ask that you indicate your interest promptly.
